RETURNS – Please Read Prior to Purchase!
We certainly want your experience with us to be worthy
of a positive, five-star feedback. So please ask all the questions you want to prior to making the purchase—we
will do our very best to ensure you have all information possible. That way, we
can both minimize the need for a return of the item.
REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY IF
the item is returned in the condition in which it was received. For example,
new items must be unused, tags must still be attached, all pieces associated
with the item must be returned, and original box and its packing materials must
be returned with the item.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
After we verify through our
pre-ship photographs that what we receive from you is what we actually sent, we
will immediately refund via Paypal your item cost plus any initial shipping fee you
paid. Return shipping is not reimbursed.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you contact us within 30 days of receipt of
an item that you wish to return it. You then have five (5) additional
days to initiate shipment of the item and to send us an message that
includes the tracking number.
