- 1974 ~ Plate 2 of 4, the drafting and signing of the Declaration of Independence
- 1975 ~ Plate 3 of 4, George Washington kneeling on one knee with inscription "In God We Trust"
- 1976 ~ Plate 4 of 4, Shows a ringing of the Liberty Bell, with inscription "Proclaim liberty throughout all the land"
- Plates are in good overall condition with no visible signs of damage.
- Some light black streak marks on backs of plates, need cleaned (fronts look presentable for display)
