Mexico 925 Sterling Malachite Sugilite Inlay Post Earrings

Up for your consideration is this beautiful pair of vintage sterling silver malachite & sugilite post earrings. (For pierced ears) These earrings weigh approximately 5.3 grams or about 2.6 grams each, a comfortable but substantial weight for wearing. Cushioned backs are included. They each measure 1 1/4” long by 7/8” wide. There are two purple sugilite pieces inlaid on each side of the bands of green malachite in the center. They are marked "925” (Sterling silver) "Mexico”, and "TS-19” which is a Mexican laborer identification number. The oval Sterling silver has Southwestern style hammered designs all around the stones.
