This long bean from China with it's sweet, nutty flavor is a favorite at the market. The vines easily reach 8 feet and are covered with the slender, stringless, 12-18 inch beans. I cut them on a bias and then stir-fry or saute, and they will keep their color.  Maturity varies from 60 to 75 days. I'll send 25-30 seeds by first class mail.
