We are pleased to offer for your consideration this lovely Early divided back postcard which was produced by an unknown publisher. This postcard features a pair of bluebirds perched upon a tree, a rose in bloom, and a small boat with snow and icicles hanging from it. The birds in the flower are the embossed features.
The reverse of this postcard is an early divided back postcard with most of the back devoted to the address. The top of the card bears the words "post card", and under it the words "authorized by act of Congress of May 19, 1898". This card is postmarked February 26, 1908.
The condition of this card is excellent, there is cancellation ink on the front, all four corners are crisp and sharp, and there is a slight crease at the middle top.
This card will look lovely in your collection of antique winter scene postcards which feature birds, flowers, lakes, and rowboats.
