The camera powers on for a few seconds and then it automatically powers itself down. It comes with a Panasonic battery, external battery pack that holds 6 AA batteries & battery charger with charger to camera cable. The cameras finish on the right side is wearing off & is a little tacky in a couple areas. See pictures for more details and condition.
