-We only ship to the address that is on your account. If you want your package sent to a different address you can easily change it during check out.
You are responsible for the address that you provide us. If a package does not get deliver because of an invalid shipping address we are not responsible.
-All items priced $50 and above will require signature confirmation. Please take this into consideration when deciding where you are going to have your item shipped! We can make an exception and send it without signature conformation! Just let us know!

TRACKING AND ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
- Tracking information is provided automatically to buyer at the time of shipping by email to the email address on the PayPal payment

- U.S. buyers should allow 7-10 business days for their items to arrive
- International buyers should allow 20-30 business days for their items to arrive
- Please also realize that the time of arrival ultimately depends on your country's postal service and holidays
We understand that mishaps can happen during shipping. Should this happen please do not throw anything away.

- We ship globally Via's Global Shipping Program (GSP). We don't cover returns for items shipped globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item's cost and not for the shipping.
- Return on new, unwanted, items:
Buyer must pay return shipping. You will be issued a refund less a 20% re-stocking fee.
- We will ship a replacement if one is available or a refund of the purchase price. You will be offered a shipping credit based on the original cost of shipping the item.
Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
