To the best of my knowledge this is an early Fenton piece.  It is not signed. I wouldn't have thought a piece of glass in the shape of canoe would interest me, but it is striking.  The piece itself is very smooth except where stitching might be around the top of an actual canoe where it looks like it too has stitching along the top, and it has no chips. There is an imperfection noticed if your finger is run along the front/back where it goes up.  There are also two places where the factory did not shave off two little tics of glass. Some think it's ise was an open salt.   I have owned it for a very long time and I like the way the light shown through the glass and I never had anything in it.  It is a brilliant green.  It has been in a smoke free home.   It is 6 inches long, 2 inches tall and almost 2 1/2 inches wide.
