General:

 Please ask all questions before purchasing.

Payment:

 Is required within 24 hours after purchase. Please let us know if payment needs to be delayed more than 24 hours. If other arrangements are not made, an unpaid item dispute will be filed.

 

Shipping:

 Shipping is normally done the next business day after payment is received. We ship via USPS.  A tracking number will be provided.

                                                          

Returns:

 We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of confirmed delivery.  The item has to be in the same condition as when shipped. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

No exceptions!

 All non-defective items have a 10% restocking fee that is applied to all returns and cancellations.
