This is a metal cigarette lighter and the color is paint I believe, and not decals.  It is new in the original wrapping in the original box.  It has never been used.  The box has a smudge, but the lighter is in excellent condition.  It has been in a smoke free home. On the lighter it is marked "Zenith".
