Due to health concerns and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept used and opened products. If the item you received is defective, please notify us within 14 days. We will send you a brand new replacement unit and provide a return shipping label for the defective unit.. Returns of unopened, unused and items with manufacturing defects are accepted but MUST be mailed back in its ORIGINAL (FACTORY) PACKAGING. The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and un-used. Buyer pays return shipping Unopened items are subject to 20% restocking. Postage on returns unopened buyer pays..
