Released in Canada in 2004. The Canadian Version was released the same year as the USA, for their 25th Anniversary. The package has 10 in the top corner. I believe they are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Happy Meal in Canada, even though the Happy Meal was in Canada more than 10 years. These bears were purchased directly from McDonalds as a set and were never placed with the Happy Meal.
