This is a Petroglyph or Pictograph embossed design brooch made by Alice Warder Seely for Urban Fetishes. It is made with lead free silver colored pewter with black recessed color inlay. It has the maker’s stamp on the back with the embossed marks © URBAN FETISHES. Her Petroglyph designs are based on rock art in the United States. She has had her company for over 30 years and her jewelry can be found in many museum gift shops and galleries across the country. She is based in New Mexico and her family heritage includes Native American and Spanish ancestors.

This brooch is in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. It has a hinged pin and a secure roll over safety clasp. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.
