Please note that most of our Rings are “Made to Order” and so whilst making the payment, we would request you to kindly mention the Ring Size on “Note to Seller Tab” in Pay Pal or alternatively send a separate message to us after making the payment.
1. All our Orders are shipped within 5 working days after the payments are settled.
2. Standard Delivery time for all the products would be 10 – 12 working days once the products are shipped out.
3. Expedited Delivery time for all the products would be around 3 – 5 working days once the products are shipped out.
We strictly do not bear any responsibility for import duties, custom charges and taxes and are nowhere reflected in our item prices or shipping charges.
The buyer bears complete responsibility of any such charges, seller is not liable to bear any such charges.
We do not ship any products to PO Box, APO & FPO addresses as the parcel requires additional verification before such parcels are delivered to these locations.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for shipping delays /errors related to incorrect shipping addresses, phone numbers provided by the buyers, customs clearances, local taxes, import duties, public holidays, remote locations or circumstances which are beyond human control.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not happy with your decision, fret no more as we offer a hassle free, no quibbles 30 days returns, starting from the day you receive the product. We do not charge any Re-stocking fee for items sent for refunds.
· Every returned item(s) must be in their original state accompanied by the original packaging, certificates and other materialit was supplied with.
· Security tags if broken will disqualify any item from refunds.
· Any item that is found used, tampered, altered from its original state will disqualify from refunds.
· Eternity Rings (Both Half & Full) are not eligible for returns.
· Stud Earrings are also not eligible for returns and refunds as we strictly observe health & safety laws.
· Buyer bears the return shipment cost and ensures that the product is fully insured to lose out from the final value of the product
Refunds are processed only once the product is returned and received at our premises and the refunds may take up to 15 working days to process after the receipt of items.
