This is a Used Corning Ware 6 Cup StoveTop Percolator Coffee Pot Filter Basket Tube Assembly with Lid.   

The coffee pot Filter Basket Tube Assembly measures about 7 inches high. The original lid that screws onto the basket is included so the assembly can then be screwed into the pot.
