These are less then a year old and look barely used. These came from a ME5 serial number TV and seems to differ in models of the same TV but look very similar. Includes 4 total 2 with 4 and 2 with 5 bulbs. Another number on the strips say (UL4xxUJ5XX UDLEDSRM001 39.5W5S1P RIGHT) (UL4XXUJ5XX UDLEDSRM002 39.5W4S1P LEFT).
