This is a previously owned figure of Kyuzo from the anime series "Samurai 7".  Details on the item are:

*MADE IN: China

*YEAR: 2004

*SIZE: 6 inches tall (from his foot to the top of the swords) x nearly 3.75 inches wide (measuring the base)

*CONDITION:  Previously Owned but in excellent condition; the base has some scuff marks

*NOTES: This item is imported from Japan.

NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING: I do combine on shipping, though I've had trouble with Bonanza's 'combined shipping' system.  If you buy more than one item and it charges you twice for shipping, I will refund any unused portion.  If you would like to know shipping cost ahead of time, please let me know the items and your zip code and I can provide that.
