Waist to Underarm: 8, 8, 8 ½ 
Skirt Length: 30, 30, 30 ½

Materials required:
Yarn-Bernat Strawmode (250 yard spools) -- 7 (8, 8) spools
Steel crochet hook, No. 00
Hairpin hook 2 inches wide
3 ½ yards taffeta for lining
1 Talon dress placket fastener, 12 inch length.

Gauge: 
4 stitches and 5 rows = 1 inch
