Chest: Measure from side-to-side from the points in the armpit where the side-seems ends and sleeve starts. 

Length (neckline to hemline): 31.5"

Length: From the highest point of the garment on the shoulder, just before the collar starts, and down to the end of the garment, in a straight line.
