Here is a book that is in good overall condition for its age.  Some wear, foxing and burning.  Measures 5" x 7 1/3", 215 numbered pages.  Some edge chips on the pages, as this type of paper stock tended to get brittle.  Missing part of the first page where the inscription is and does have issues.
