7 is the seventh studio album by American dream pop band Beach House from Baltimore, Maryland formed in 2004 by vocalist and keyboardist Victoria Legrand and guitarist, keyboardist and backup vocalist Alex Scally. 7 was released on May 11, 2018 through Sub Pop. It follows the B-Sides and Rarities compilation album released in 2017. 7 received acclaim from music critics who praised the adventurous nature of the record and the consistency of hte band, some calling it th duo's best album to date.
