This water bottle is double wall with MYLAR foils between to prevent heating and therefore keeping cold. However, due to special techniques, the foils are wrinkled and creased. It is usual and normal. If you do not accept it, just forget this item. It is not a quality problem.

The water bottle is designed with drinking and mist spraying functions. When doing sports, you may drink the cold water inside (you need to put cold water or ice inside. It is cold keeping bottle, but NOT ice-maker.); meanwhile, you may switch on the spraying button and get the cool mist for relief.
