On the back of the tray is printed:

"As seen from the plaza of the Astranauts with the Heroic Statue of the 'Rocket Thrower' in the Foreground.

"This beautiful Unisphere is the symbol of the 1964-1965 New York World's Fair and is dedicated to man's aspirations toward 'Peace Through Understanding' and symbolizes his achievements in an expanding universe.  It is the largest representation of our planet earth ever attempted - 140 feet (thirteen stories) high, 1,000,000 lbs of Shining Stainless Steel, the open grids representing the latitudes and longitudes supporting the land masses of the World - all dramatically set in a 310 foot reflecting pool."

The tray is 21 1/2 inches long by nearly 16 inches wide.

There is some surface rust on the left side of the tray, as I've tried to show in the pictures.
