Jenstad Collectibles was founded in 1998.  Over the years, customers' shopping activity helped us grow into a full-time business because at our company 'The Customer Comes First'.  Our goal is to help customers achieve a great shopping experience.

FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.- before bidding, INTERNATIONAL BUYERS can calculate their own shipping & import charges. The item(s) will ship with tracking, using the Global Shipping Program. As part of the program, buyer directly pays international shipping and import charges to the third-party shipper. The buyer will still be able to complete checkout thru the system. All items are coming from a clean & smoke free site.

Any rulers, displays or mannequins are not included, and only meant for images as a visual aid guideline and/or measurements. Nothing else included. Item came to us in a packed pallet.

We never know exact history of any item we receive, but we strive to be honest with our customers. No service and no warranties given or implied. We are not experts in any field. Our store only writes relevant information, based on physical aspects of the product, online research or packaging description(if applicable).

Items are inspected for damage, prior to issuance of refund.  Contact us, IF an item is totally opposite from original stated description above, damaged, or arrives in non-working condition. Please hang onto all original packaging and box for return shipping.
