The physical condition of device is very good to excellent, however, maps need updating and the device does not hold a charge unless plugged into the car's lighter. 

The instructions and an owner's manual can be found on Garmin.com/express. For some reason, the instructions that were included with this model were not in English, only the accessories' enclosure was. A mount for the windshield is included along with the charger.
