Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO - if the purchase is blocked, please message me your full address and I may be able to make the listing available to you. Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO will be shipped USPS. Alaska & Hawaii are usually shipped USPS. For buyers outside the USA, I may be able to add the item to the Global Shipping Program. Please message me. 

If an item arrives damaged, please send me a message and keep the item and all packaging until the insurance claim is complete. Please send me pictures of the damaged item and the packaging itself, as I must submit them to the carrier. I can refund or replace the damaged item if you comply with the damage claim process. 

Most items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment unless otherwise specified. Shipments go out at approximately 11:00 AM central time. Tracking will be submitted to the site when the shipment is prepared.

SW = station wagon; CPE = coupe; 2DR = 2 Door; SDN = Sedan; 4DR = 4 Door; HT = Hardtop; EXC = except (not); W/ = with; W/O = without; OPT = option / option code. 

Side. Always refer to left or right as if you are looking at the car from behind. Left refers to the driver's side (the side closest to the center line of the road in North America). Right refers to the passenger's side (side closest to the ditch/shoulder). L or LH = left; R or RH = right; LF = left front; RF = right front, LR = left rear, RR = right rear. Also, the Hollander Interchange number listed may end with L for left or R for right.

A Grade  Is the highest quality. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age - does not necessarily mean 'like new' on a used part. 
B Grade  Is the second level quality. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. 
C Grade  Is the third level quality. It has high miles and/or damage.

*Warranty: If the part fails within the warranty period, I will replace it with a functionally equivalent part or refund the purchase price. 

Modifications to the part, installation damage, improper installation, or use other than the manufacturer intended will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover labor or any other losses directly or indirectly related to the part -- no refunds greater than the purchase price. No warranty on items listed as "for parts or not working".  

User-replaceable light bulbs & fuses are not warrantied. Engines and transmissions require new oil/fluid and filters that are correct for the application. Gaskets, seals, belts, hoses, and thermostats are not warrantied and should be changed prior to installation. Low oil level or overheating voids warranty. Any accessories on engines are included for convenience only and are not warrantied. You may have to swap manifolds, sensors, injectors, water pumps, oil pans, etc. 

*Returns: I accept returns as a courtesy to my customers. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, not used or altered in any way. No returns if installed, bolted on, or plugged in. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded. 

Please message me before returning an item or opening a return. Package well for safe transit, as refunds cannot be issued for returns that are damaged in return shipping. To minimize issues with returns, please provide the return tracking number.
