This is a Snowbabies - "Join the Parade" - Figurine by Department 56. A Snowbaby holding a wand with a star on top while walking along. A puffin, a polar bear and a Penguin were walking with the Snowbaby and all four of them were enjoying each others company. Measurements are: 4 1/2 inches tall by 8 1/8 inches wide. This fantastic piece was introduced to the public December of 1992 and it was retired December of 1995. This vintage item is collectible and it is in like new condition. In original box. (Box has minor wear.) Please see photos. MINT - The item is in perfect condition.
