Returns Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories.  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, no exception about it, under no circumstance will we pay the return shipping Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To Return an item you must contact us and take photos of your item to clearly show any damage or unusual aspects of it. Approved returns will be subject to inspection on arrival.
Shipping
Package handling takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sure enter correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Once your payment is completed, inform us by message if the changes are needed before we ship the product.  Shipping Monday to Saturday at 10am (Eastern Time). Orders placed before 10am Eastern Standard Time on a business day and Saturday will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.
