TALES FROM A CLUBROOM
by Bernard Bragg & Eugene Bergman
Gallaudet College Press, 1981
Condition: Fine in vg+ dust jacket

This unusual book contains a play set
in a typical deaf club and dramatizes
the joys, pains, humor and triumphs
of the deaf community. The authors have specially translated it from the
original American Sigm Language into
a "bare bones" English text. A New York reviewer stated, "No one who wants to understand the deaf can afford to miss TALES FROM A CLUBROOM.
...It is a treasure and a discovery."
This is an excellent copy. The jacket has various moderate wear along the edges and a few tiny scratches on the covers.
