RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:.

If your item has been damaged by the carrier, before returning your item, please take photos of the item and damaged packaging, and send me the photos as soon as possible. Please save the damaged shipping box and all packing materials to return with your damaged item.
