CANCELING ITEMS

RESTOCKING FEES

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of recieving. You must notify us of the problem wtihin 24 hours of receiving the item. And then must be mailed back to us on the next business day
If the item is damaged and insurance is placed on it you must wait for insurance to clear before receiving a refund. Notify us the moment you receive it damaged so we can start the claims process. This can take up to 30 days. However if you take the item in to be inspected right away when they ask it will not take that long. It depends on you taking it in. ONce the claim is approved we will then refund you your purchase price . Some shipping companies do not reimburse shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM BACK WHEN DAMAGED IN THE MAIL, WE CAN NOT MAKE THE CLAIM ONCE IT IS MAILED BACK TO US NO MATTER WHAT CLAIMS.
There is no refunds on shipping. Due to once it is paid it is paid. I am sorry but we are just a small business and can not refund shipping.
If an item is not as described. YOu must notify us first before making any kinds of claims and we will have you return the item for inspection.
