This is a cute skirt it has big & small flowers all over it with a solid navy blue ribbon around the bottom, & a split on the left side of the skirt. It is about 20 1/2 inches long from waistline to bottom of the hem, with a waistline of about 14 3/4 inches measured from side to side lying flat on the table.
