This is a woman's button-down Floral skirt with pockets, goes to mid-calf, by Napa Valley Petites. It's about 31 inches measured from waist to bottom of the hem. This skirt has large blue flowers on it and you see some of the little green leaves as well. It has an elastic waistband on the back and it buttons down the front.
