He is the son of Hecate... born a human, executed, and risen up as an Ascended Master in death. While he is included amongst the spirits of the Goetia and is a demon and a daimon, he cannot be regarded as a spirit. He follows his Mother, and he is a living entity.

He is a Great Duke and Earl of Hell. He is a Fallen Angel. He was once an Angel of the Order of Thrones, now he has thirty legions of demons under his command.

He is a Lamia, a vampyric daimon.

He can teach his keeper a philosophy and shows him or her how to shapeshift. He can protect. He can enforce spirits to appear and behave as the keeper considers it necessary. He answers with honesty any questions asked.

He rules music, the dead, psychic vampyrism and sciomancy -  the divination using shadows and divination using ghosts or spirits. By command he can bring voices of insight or divination toward the magician summoning.

He can strengthen your astral twin, improve spirits communication, impart the gift of control, and answer the keeper’s questions.

He is useful in the exorcisms performance. The magician can command him to send forth Shades of the Dead to encircle the self and strengthen the astral body.

He is the Necromancer, who constrains shades of the dead and the deceased to come forth and answer the magician. By magician command he may send the shades of the dead, often infernal spirits to haunt those who the magician may desire.

He is old, and he can be grumpy, but he will be incredibly helpful nonetheless.
