This is a women's jacket by WD-NY. It has pockets in the front, it's got circles and dots all over it. Lining on the inside, short sleeve with elastic in the hem, and has a collar. It does not button or fasten in any way in the front, it's just a straight hang down jacket. It is short and very cute would look good with any skirt or jeans. Please see pictures for more details.
