These are a very cute pair of Capri's. They are made to cuff up into shorts they have snaps on the side or you can leave them down to be Capri's. They are about 25 inches long from waistline to bottom of the cuff when cuffed up into shorts & they are about 31 1/4 inches long from waistline to bottom of the hem when setting as full-length Capri's, & a waistline of about 16 1/2 inches measured from side to side lying flat on the table.
