We will always combine shipping on multiple purchases. We ship Monday through Thursday. International shipping, we prefer to ship priority mail only. If you choose First class as your option we Can not provide tracking or insurance on your purchase.
All orders will be shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx..
For items over $100, the buyer will be responsible to purchase shipping insurance above what is provided at no cost by the shipper.

We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! Items may be returned if there is a gross misrepresentation of the product and you must contact us within 14 days of arrival.
If return is due to shipping damage, buyer must comply with all requirements that USPS, UPS, or FedEx requires of them for returns (Ex.: keep all packing materials, let carrier inspect product, etc.). Buyer also agrees to take pictures of the broken item and box and email them to the seller. Items that are damaged via shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for a refund (this is in order to file a timely claim with the shipper).
All return shipping fees are paid at the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping fees unless it is refunded by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Please note: nearly all of our items are antique or vintage (usually with some signs of wear due to usage and previous storage). We do our very best to describe and photograph them for you and do not repair, restring, repaint or enhance them in any way as most collectors prefer to find them in their original state. Please use the enlarge feature on our photos as they are an important part of the description.
Most of our items are purchased at auctions, estate and garage sales, as such the item may have some signs of use or flaws. We are not experts in any particular field we will try to describe to the best of our abilities - but we are human and occassionally make mistakes - please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy any errors
