Breyer is thrilled to introduce Breyer by CollectA, a new line of horses, dogs, cats and farm animals for play and collecting. (there are also dinosaurs) These adorable, authentic miniatures have been sculpted by experts to achieve the most realistic look possible, and are individually hand crafted in vinyl and hand-painted! Safe, virtually unbreakable and so real they almost walk, trot and canter off the page!

The CollectA Sciurumimus is based on a very juvenile fossil found in Bavaria in 2011. It is called 'squirrel mimic' on account of its feathered tail that must have resembled the fur of a squirrel. It is not known how large the adult would have grown to. The CollectA replica is based on that single specimen from Bavaria. It comes joined to a non-removable base to keep it standing steady.
