A McCall’s 9975a Misses’ Bermuda Shorts and Skirt Vintage Sewing Pattern in Size Waist 23 inches.

The pattern is cut and all the pieces are there except for Leg Facing B.  The instructions are there.  The envelope is in good vintage condition with tanning, brittleness, chipping, tears and pencil.  The flap is still attached but is ripping along the envelope fold line.  Copyright 1954.

The original seamstress drafted a duplicate Leg Facing B and it is included with the pattern.  She also made several alterations to this pattern by cutting, adding tissue paper and pinning…I left the pins in so the parts wouldn’t become confused.  You can remove the pins and adjust the pattern pieces as you need.

Pattern Description

There is no written description, but the skirt is cleverly basted over the shorts at the waistline, and they become one garment.

All patterns are vintage items and sold…AS IS.  Although I maintain a smoke-free and a pet-free studio, I have no control over where items have been previously.  I attempt to represent my goods as honestly as possible, but sometimes something will get by.  If you have any doubts about an item, E-MAIL ME!  I want to make sure that you will be pleased with your purchase.

Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert.  The zip bag is great for storing the pattern!

Please note that I count the pattern pieces unless factory folded, assess the pattern’s condition, and press the pattern as necessary.  You will never purchase a pattern from me with “It looks like it's all there” or ‘Pieces need pressing’.
