Misses’ Dress and Top in a Size 12

The pattern is uncut and in original folds. The instructions are there. The envelope is in very good condition with age discoloration and pencil marks on the front.. The envelope flap is still attached but the lower portion has been cut off for inventory control. There is no copyright date but the guides suggest this pattern is mid 1970’s.

Pattern Description

"Loose-fitting dress, three inches below mid-knee has bateau neckline, pockets in side seams and back zipper closing. Seven-eights length raglan sleeves. Topstitch trim. Purchased belt holds in fullness at waistline. Close-fitting, pullover top (for stretchable knits only) has tubular hood, extended shoulders and full-length sleeves. NOTE: Because of fabric and construction machine zigzag stitching is necessary for top.”

Size 12: Bust 34”, Waist 26 1/2” Hips 36”

Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert. The zip bag is great for storing the pattern!
