The pattern is uncut and in original folds.  The instructions are there.  The envelope is in very good vintage condition with tanning and wear.  The envelope flap is gone.  Copyright 1990.

Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert.  The zip bag is great for storing the pattern!
