Each copier is in good working order upon departure from our facility.  Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly.  Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance.   ALL OF OUR COPIERS ARE SOLD AS-IS. 

SHIPPING DETAILS

This is Local Pickup Only. We do not ship them. But we will deliver this copier to your office free of charge only in California Arizona and Nevada. Delivery of your copier (actual ship date) will occur 1-10 business days of receipt of your payment. Must be on the first floor OR have elevator to higher floors.  Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges which may be very costly. Failure to respond to our shipping questions correctly will result in higher delivery charges.

RETURN POLICY

All machines sold by Copier-Liquidation-Center.USA are non-refundable.

Copier-Liquidation-Center.USA only accepts machine exchanges if any circumstance the machine demonstrates with provision of documents and proofs:

1. Machine received is damaged due to shipment/delivery. If substantial damage is noted upon inspection, customer has the right to refuse the shipment/delivery. Do not unpack damaged pallets or crates.

2. Machine received does not match the brand/model/description in the invoice.
