Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly. Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance. ALL OF OUR COPIERS ARE SOLD AS-IS.
DISCLAIMERS
We do our very best to make sure that you receive a good, clean, working copier that arrives without damage. Please keep in mind, the copier is a USED COPIER that will have normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, the buyer must list and sign for all damage on the bill of lading upon arrival. We can assist you with a freight claim at that time. If the damage is not specified and signed for on the bill of lading, there can be no freight claim. Copier-Liquidation-Center is not responsible nor accountable for any damage that may occur.
SHIPPING DETAILS
This is Local Pickup Only. We do not ship them. We will deliver this copier to your office free of charge only in California, Nevada and Arizona. Delivery of your copier (actual ship date) will occur 1-4 business days of receipt of your payment. Must be on the first floor OR have elevator to higher floors. Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges which may be very costly. Failure to respond to our shipping questions correctly will result in higher delivery charges.
RETURN POLICY
All machines sold by Copier-Liquidarion-Center are non-refundable.
Copier-Liquidarion-Center only accepts machine exchanges if any circumstance the machine demonstrates with provision of documents and proofs:
1. Machine received is damaged due to shipment/delivery. If substantial damage is noted upon inspection, customer has the right to refuse the shipment/delivery. Do not unpack damaged pallets or crates.
2. Machine received does not match the brand/model/description in the invoice.
