A traditional doll from Turkey.  He is the Male Genie.  It was a gift from a friend when she traveled in the 1980s.  Now, I am downsizing and need to find a new home for this 9" tall doll with built in wire stand attached to the back of his shoes.  He appears to be cloth on wire frame.  I love his Beard and his face that appears to be hand painted.
