All items ship carefully packed from California USA Some items require additional packing materials to make sure the item arrives to you without damage, which adds to the handling cost and shipping weight. Unless damaged by carrier, non-refundable shipping costs include packaging, packing materials, shipping supplies, postage, fees.
COMBINING MULTIPLE PURCHASES TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS
E-Mail me a list of items you are interested in purchasing, along with your Zip Code or your Country and Postal Code and we will calculate the lowest possible shipping costs. Just make sure the shipping address for all orders are the same.
I ship promptly, usually within 4 to 24 hours after payment clears.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I do ship to international destinations, including UK, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, and other countries via global International Mail.
RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All sales are final, except if damaged in transit of course.If your item has been damaged by the carrier, before returning your item, please take photos of the item and damaged packaging, and save the damaged packaging and all packing materials to return with your damaged item(s). Contact me and send photos to me within 3 days (not counting weekends and Holidays of course)
