Rare collector's find!

Signed, dated ('93) and tagged Liztech Kiowa Prayer Bird Shaman pendant.

The multi-bead and wire-wrapped pendant is 2-3/4" tall and 1-1/2" wide. The tail feathers are represented by tiny tubes and a striker/sail making a miniature wind chime. This original pendant is suspended on a 24" chain. I have not been able to find another one like this.
