Celebrate Singapore Bicentennial with us! 2019 marks the 200th anniversary of Sir Stamford Raffles arrival in Singapore in 1819. The S$200 Biecentennial note is issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to commemorate the occasion.
The front of the commemorative note features a portrait of Singapore's first president,Mr. Yusof Ishak. The back of the note features 8 remarkable pioneers who made significant contributions to Singapore. The note features - Singapore Coat of Arms, the Singapore Bicentennial. Singapore Bicentennial logo and the years 1819 to 2019 are depicted in gold and the years 1819 and 2019 are depicted in gold with dynamic optical effects.
Each note comes with a specially designed folder.
