Returns
Customer satisfaction is our #1 Goal! We offer a 30-day return policy for most items unless otherwise specified. We no longer accept returns for clothing. Please contact us for a return authorization number no later than 5 days after delivery. Items need to be received back within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as shipped, with all applicable tags and labels attached. Merchandise used, damaged or without tags and labels attached is not returnable. Packages sent without a return authorization will be refused. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
