Standard Shipping Times
All Items are shipped between Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).  Standard Shipping services of delivered items are estimated to arrive within 10-20 business days to major country destinations (i.e. US, CA, UK, AUS etc). In some circumstances items may take up to 30 business days or more if your country has strict custom regulations, natural disasters that occur, technical issues with the courier and so on.  Other possible causes of delayed deliveries can be due to the limitation of shipping carriers available, depending on the country destination you reside in. 

If the Expedited Shipping option isn't displayed or available at the Checkout Cart, you may send us an email to confirm if Expedited Shipping can be offered or made available for the item in question. In some circumstances Expedited Shipping may not be available for certain items which are usually due to shipping policy restrictions, unavailable services for a particular time or extremely high shipping costs.

On items that Expedited Shipping is offered and made available at the Checkout Cart, the shipping costs and courier service used would be the best we've found on the back-end of the system for the item location and country destination the item is being shipped from and to.  Please note, Expedited Shipping costs are subject to change either on a daily or weekly basis and can vary based on the item / package dimensions, weight and country destination.

The shipping times listed are purely an estimation only and provided as reference being based on the above-mentioned events and from our experience over many years of service.

Handling and Production Times
Handling and Production times for this item varies between 2 - 7 business days before items are shipped from our own workshops or from our product partners' fulfilment warehouses, depending on the product item that is being offered for purchase.  Overall, we always endeavour to ship all items as soon as possible (usually within the same business day or the following business day).

Please kindly note that production and handling times are also dependant on stock availability (back orders or being made in production), busy periods, fulfilling custom item requests, waiting for payments to clear etc. Therefore, unless stated otherwise, there may be periods where handling and production times may exceed 7 business days depending on the above-mentioned causes.  In the event of your order exceeding the standard production and handling time period, we will email you to confirm if you wish to proceed or cancel your purchase.
