Writing is present on and in the manual. Item is in good used working condition.  The front and back cover is loose. Some loose pages may be present. Used parts may show some scuffs, wear, scratches, blemishes, staining, fading, glazing, cloudiness, dirt, dust, etc.  Used parts may need to be cleaned prior to use. Please review the pictures carefully and ask questions before ordering this item. Unless indicated in the listing or in the pictures; clips, bolts, nuts, screws, caps, plugs, washers, bulbs, accessories, wiring, etc. are not included.  Some parts (computers, modulators, sensors, ECM, PCM, TCM, BCM, radios, etc.) may need to be reprogrammed. If included, bulbs and/or ballasts may need to be replaced upon delivery. Please verify the part number to ensure proper fitment.
